· 3-4 group fitness classes to scheduled time slots Monday 6.10pm (90min class) Wednesday 6.10pm (1hr class) Thursday Zoom Strong Nation Thursday 5.30pm (45mins class) Saturday 9.30am Strong Nation (1hr class)
· Follow a training program Home or Gym (Program included)
· There will be pop up virtual classes throughout the 10 weeks that will focus on stretching and mobility work.
· Videos on technique, on core movements.
· Follow a suggested meal plan with suggested calorie intake for you – This is based on your activity level, age, weight, height, and gender.
· Weekly exercise challenge, videos will be posted on Private Facebook Group Page.
· Bootie bands for training
· Meal ideas
· Constant support throughout the week, with availability for question and feedback.
· 3 Consults beginning, to take measurements, photos and talk about goals and set meal plan.
· 2nd consult this can be over the phone to talk about experience and answer any questions
· 3rd consult to finalize the 10 weeks and do a happy dance and a high five!!
